Boardriders, owner of Quiksilver, Roxy, and DC Shoes, reportedly has entered into an agreement to purchase Billabong International.
Both companies will be active in over 110 countries, own e-commerce in 35 countries, and 630+ retail stores in 28 countries. Both brands have multiple brand licenses.
The acquisition is expected to close in the first half of 2018.

Delta Galil is the new licensee for a global brand license from Columbia, known for active and outdoor apparel.
It already holds the license for socks.
The license runs through 2018.
The collection launched in January 2016.
Distribution will be through Columbia retail stores, outdoor specialty stores, sport specialty stores and select department stores worldwide.
Puma signed a territorial license for Israel. It covers all branded business under the Puma brand.
The licensee is Delta Galil, which already holds licenses from brands like Lucky Brand, Columbia, Lacoste and Kenneth Cole.
